Changes to the Insolvency Forms
The Insolvency Service is undertaking an exercise to modernise and consolidate the Insolvency Rules 1986. As a result there are changes that affect the delivery requirements of some insolvency documents to Companies House from 6th April 2010.

Note: The changes to the process only affect insolvencies starting on or after 6th April 2010. For any insolvency starting on or before 5th April 2010 the existing filing requirements remain. These changes do not affect Northern Ireland insolvency.
