Form 363 - Companies Annual Return

From 1st October 2008, we will no longer provide pre-populated Annual Returns (Forms 363s) to customers. However, blank Statutory Annual Return forms are available on request. You can obtain and submit information online or by post.

It is more economical for your business to file everything online and you can file annual returns at more than half the price of doing so on paper, only £14.00 using our WebFiling Service.

The ‘Order Email of Current Company Information’ option from the WebFiling main menu enables you to order Company information in a PDF report, returned to you by email. This allows you to check the company information before submission of your Annual Return and allows you to forward to others if required.
