New Electronic Billing service

Companies House has launched a new electronic billing service for credit account holders.  Customers can now receive statements, invoices and credit notes electronically via a secure download area, instead of having them delivered by post.  Once you have registered for the new service, you will have access to your historical invoices and statements online. To take advantage of this new service and to register to use it, simply go to the following page:

Accounts which are eligible for this service include Companies House Direct, Online Filing and XML Gateway.

To complete the registration process, you will need to input some information from your latest Companies House statement; the system will use this information to validate your application. It is important to note that to avoid registration difficulties you should register online, AFTER receipt of your latest paper statement and BEFORE the last working day of the month. If you are a new customer you must wait until you receive your first statement before registering for this service.

You only have to register once for this service, going forward you will simply have to enter your Account Number and Password to access your statements, invoices and credit notes. These documents will be available to view in PDF format and you will also have the option to download your latest transactions in CSV Format. Every month you will receive an email alert, which will include a URL link to the secure download area, where you can access your latest statement and invoice.

Once you have registered, and your details have been verified, you will receive a confirmation email from Companies House. It is important to note that once you register for this service you will no longer receive paper statements from Companies House.  The new electronic service will also be the default delivery method for all new account holders.
